Not quite right? You may return most items under the terms below. Here’s how to let us know, send your items back and receive your refund.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us that you want to return it. You do not need to give a reason.

Return your items to us

After telling us that you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Please return them without undue delay.

How to cancel

Please contact us before your 14-day cancellation period ends.

Email barn@baileyswistow.co.uk with your order number. Clearly state that you wish to cancel and tell us which items you are cancelling. We will confirm your cancellation request.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging where possible
  • Complete with labels, tags, accessories and instructions
  • Suitable for resale

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, details of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

We may offer a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us firstGet in touch before returning your item so we can give you return instructions.
  2. Pack it securelyPackage your items carefully to help protect them on their journey back to us.
  3. Keep proof of postageSend your return to the address shown. We recommend tracked delivery and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds & exchanges

What happens once you’ve sent your items back.

  • Refunds. We will refund approved returns to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof that you have returned them.
  • Exchanges. We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
